Hello All!  Wendy and I would really like to get more serious about eating well and working out, and it is always easier when you have someone to keep you accountable, please use this site to do so.  Although the weight loss challenge does not officially begin until September 20th.  Please comment to this post on what you would like to get out of the challenge, how you would like for progress to be measured, and any other comments on starting up another challenge.
