Goals!!!

Good morning! Thanks for the invite. I would like to lose 14 pounds. I am on track with eating but I have completely slacked off with exercising. It has been 5 weeks since I ran. I want to sign up for another 5k as a motivation to start again. Know of any coming up in Winston?
So how does this blog thing work any way? Is it just one long posting of comments?? Weightloss Challenge starts tomorrow! I'd like to lose 20lbs, be able to do 10 real pushups and get under an 11 minute mile pace on my runs.
Wendy and I are tracking our weight if anyone wants to report in on a weekly basis.
Last time we started a weight loss challenge Janna ended up preggo. I think this is really just a ploy to get me preggo
